Product Overview
StaffingSoft is available as a recruiting and applicant tracking solution (ATS) for both in-house human resources needs and recruiters within hiring agencies.
Two versions of the solution share many feature sets:
The Staffing Edition targets agencies, recruiting services and executive search firms by offering dynamic and feature-rich tools.
The HR Edition best serves businesses of all sizes seeking to reduce time to hire while increasing the quality of their in-house talent.
Features
Both solutions have the following six features in common:
1. Resume Manager: Route resumes to other hiring managers, attach notes, schedule interviews through email, add attachments, turn the candidate into a contact or delete the resume altogether. Keep track of resumes entirely in the cloud.
2. Contact Manager: Manage a profile on each candidate for tracking skills, activities and interviews. Quickly add notes to resumes and cover letters. This feature also doubles as a customer relationship management (CRM) tool when managing business contacts and sales leads.
3. Time Manager: Schedule events such as phone and in-person interviews on a group calendar. Set alarms for these events that integrate with email.
4. Jobs Manager: Integrate with third-party job boards such as Indeed, Monster, Dice and CareerBuilder for cross-posting requisitions and finding specialized candidates.
5. Report Manager: Create custom reports or choose from StaffingSoft’s canned reports for tracking Affirmative Action Planning and other status activity reports such as time to hire and cost per hire.
6. Admin Manager: Customize a portal with your company’s brand, and design menus, graphics, tabs and fields to better fit your hiring workflow.
StaffingSoft’s Onboarding System is also worth noting for its HR Edition. It allows HR staff to keep track of new hires as they login to an employee portal to submit forms, digitally certify form completion and go through an onboarding checklist.
