  • Branded interface
  • Survey builder
  • SCORM-compliant content
  • Dynamic assignments
  • Resource uploads

  • The ability to connect with learners via live chat

Professional

The Professional plan costs $1,800 per month and covers up to 1,000 active learners and five administrators. It includes all of the features of the Express plan, plus unlimited course uploads and a free subscription to Scormify, a SCORM-compliant content conversion tool.

Enterprise

The Enterprise plan costs $2,900 per month and supports 5,000 active users and unlimited administrators. Note that there’s an extra cost of $500 per month for every additional 1,000 active users. This plan adds on the custom URL feature.

Nonprofit Pricing

Knowledge Anywhere has a discount specifically aimed at nonprofits that is 10% off the current LMS listing price. Nonprofits can choose from the Express, Enterprise or Professional plan – while these tiers include the same features as its regular pricing plans, the Express plan only has up to 50 course uploads instead of 200.

Additional Costs to Consider

Scormify

As noted above, Scormify is Knowledge Anywhere’s SCORM-compliant conversion tool. Users can convert a variety of media objects into a SCORM course, such as Vimeo, YouTube, PDF/Word documents, PowerPoint slides or generic streaming files.

Scormify is free under the Professional and Enterprise plans, but Express plan users can sign up for a free trial that has basic features or purchase its Pro subscription plan for $19 per month.

Add-on Features

For companies that want to offer training to their clients or external partners or have more than one branded learning portal, Knowledge Anywhere offers an extended enterprise functionality. Users on the Express plan will pay $320 per microsite, whereas Professional and Enterprise plan users will have two microsites included and four microsites included, respectively. If they require additional microsites, they’ll have to pay $320 per microsite.

There’s a custom URL feature that’s optional under the Express and Professional plan ($450) and standard under the Enterprise plan.

In addition, there are other optional features available for all three plans: the ability to translate LMS into a different language, eCommerce and 508 compliance tools. Please contact Knowledge Anywhere for pricing on any of these features.

Implementation & Training

Knowledge Anywhere has mentioned that there’s a $3,000 one-time implementation and training fee. The software can take up to four weeks to deploy, and the vendor offers professional services for helping clients migrate from an existing legacy system and other common implementation challenges.

Conclusion

Knowledge Anywhere has three plans companies can choose from based on their needs. While its lowest-priced plan, Express, accommodates up to 500 users, small businesses or companies that have a limited number of users can contact the vendor for a customized plan. Prospects that want to learn more about Knowledge Anywhere can sign up for a free trial or contact its sales team for a demo.
