ResultMaps is a project management app designed to help individuals and teams manage their day-to-day tasks and larger projects to get better results. Some of its benefits include:

ResultMaps automates many components involved in tracking projects, such as assigning specific tasks or sending reminders. Any text that is typed in or imported from another file is automatically organized, assigned or scheduled by hashtags.
Collaborators on a project typically communicate through multiple emails, and ResultMaps can reduce those emails into one digest. Each morning, it sends an email digest of the day’s action items and project updates. At the end of each day, it sends a summary of any results of those action items, whether they’re checked off or postponed to the following day.
Not only is ResultMaps beneficial for teams, but it can also help individuals manage their day-to-day workloads. Some of its personal productivity tools include a day plan that records action items for a particular day, an idea-tracking feature, trackers for personal objectives and key results, personal vision boards and a built-in calendar.
ResultMaps integrates with Slack, G Suite (Gmail/Google Drive), Pinterest, Microsoft Excel and SimpleMind.

Implementation/Integration
Users can sign up for a ResultMaps account with either their email addresses or their Google or Slack accounts. ResultMaps provides guided prompts to help users with setup. It also has a Getting Started section within the help center that answers common questions about the app.

Pricing
ResultMaps offers a free plan for individuals. For companies, ResultMaps provides four pricing plans that are based on a per-user, per-month strategy:
- Start-up (for up to 10 users): $15 per user, per month
- Growth (for 10 to 100 users): $12 per user, per month (if paid annually)
- Emerging (for 100+ users): $8 per user, per month (if paid annually)
- Enterprise (for 500+ users): $6 per user, per month (if paid annually)
Shortcomings
ResultMaps doesn’t have budgeting and expense management or time-tracking functionality. And while it integrates with Microsoft Excel, it doesn’t integrate with Microsoft Office 365. However, ResultMaps indicates that this integration will be available in the future.
