If you are just getting started or are looking to increases knowledge in the products, Sage University offers courses designed for multiple experience levels and job roles. Custom training for larger groups or for users with specific training requests or requirements is also available.

In addition to product training, Sage University also offers several options for career enhancement training including accounting and finance, human resources, compliance, professional services, and leadership training.

Customer Service & Support

Sage’s online support system includes a technical support chat, which allows users to connect with Sage software experts to address issues as they arise. Sage Technical Support is also available via phone at 800-829-0170.

The Sage “Knowledgebase” also includes forums, articles, and whitepapers that users can log in and browse freely.

Sage Business Care is a service that users can pay more that provides individualized support plans for users and companies to address more in-depth, systematic issues. Business Care provides a specific expert to the user case and receive access to additional resources.

Sage City is a company-wide social networking hub for Sage North America customers and business partners. Sage HRMS has its own unique city where customers and partners can visit to engage in forum discussions about products as well as read blogs about trends in the industry.

Sage doesn’t publicly release their pricing information. Please contact them directly for a quote.

Shortcomings

One issue that some users noted was that digital copies are not able to be uploaded in groups. Each document must be uploaded on its own, meaning that it takes significantly longer.

Other users also expressed frustration with frequent program crashes.
