Implementation/Integration

The Web Work Azzier implementation process is carried out by Tero’s Professional Services Group. This team works with companies to develop the implementation plan that is specific to the company’s needs. This includes defining the company’s goals of using the software, determining who will be using the software, identifying differences in the company’s current procedures, define custom features for company’s maintenance practice, and detailing the actual implementation of the system (integrating data and interfaces). The team will also discuss cost estimates and recommend a plan for ongoing use of the software.

Within the implementation framework, Tero performs data migration services, such as scrubbing old/unwanted data, converting old data forms to new ones, and preparing data for use on mobile devices.

Training is also provided. Companies can request customized training courses, onsite or offsite classroom training, and a hands-on training method. They can also take training courses on the software on an ongoing basis.

Customer Service & Support

Customers can request support via phone, email, or via the Company Portal System on Tero’s site. Customers also receive product upgrades at no additional cost.

Shortcomings

Web Work Azzier is intended for medium-to-large-sized companies, so smaller businesses may have to look elsewhere.

About

Founded in 1979, Tero Consulting’s CMMS programs have evolved from DOS operating systems to Web-based (and mobile) solutions. Its Web Work system was the first CMMS that is 100% Web-based.

In February 2015, Tero Consulting has launched its new Azzier website for improved customer service, especially for customers that rely more on mobile devices.
